PlayStation Plus Free Games February 2022
It’s the end of the month so that can only mean one thing… a new set of PlayStation Plus free games! As per usual, two of the three games will be available on PlayStation 4 and one will be a Ps5 exclusive. This month’s list includes EA Sports’ UFC 4, Planet Coaster: Console Edition and Tiny Tina’s Assault on Dragon Keep: A Wonderlands One-Shot Adventure.
EA Sports UFC 4
Topping the list and available for Ps4 players to enjoy, UFC 4 is EA’s latest addition to the mixed martial arts franchise. The sequel to UFC 3, the game was released back in August 2020 and features real life UFC fighters to play as against other players. The game includes a “Career mode” which walks players through the different fighting styles of boxing, kickboxing, wrestling and jiujitsu. The campaign allows players to accept or decline fights which will effect the fighter’s career as they strive to become the GOAT (Greatest of all time).
Multiplayer includes a mix of game modes that players can challenge each other in head to head matches. The game was praised for it’s mechanics and integration of fighting styles into matches. However, it still receives criticism about sub-par graphics and in-game ads.
Planet Coaster: Console Edition
This theme park construction and management simulation game puts players in charge of creating their own operational theme park. Create your own coasters and attractions or use blueprints to help make things faster and easier. Players have control over all kinds of management decisions from entry costs, food and beverage and even janitorial/maintenance.
It was initially released back in 2016 for PC but is now available for Ps5 in this new console version!
Tiny Tina’s Assault on Dragon Keep
A game where you can “smash skeletons, defeat dragons, and battle giant golems” TTADK is available for Ps4 players starting February 5. Players will get to take on ghouls and monsters through vivid levels as they progress through the game. It can be played either solo or team up online to complete the levels!
The new lineup will be available for download starting February 5 and will be available all month long. PS Plus members have until January 31 to claim last months free games.
